Also alluded to - if Acer did any analysis to prove non-infringement, I would have to assume that they have the documents TPL has requested and TPL shouldn't have to go to the chip manufacturers. How else would Acer know whether they were infringing or not.

It appears, at least to me, that Acer and their attorney are not being totally truthful.
