Do you see an "all boats float with the rising tide" scenario? Otherwise what is truly Leckrone's angle? I honestly don't see how any settlements coming into PDS can be diverted from TPL creditors. If Leckrone et al don't believe we have a winning hand at the ITC and NDoC, what is the point? What is the angle I'm not seeing?
