My infringement decision is based specifically on an EE contact I have with over 30+ years of experience in the field who believes the 336 is the real deal. I've also heard from the company from experts who have reviewed the 336 who have stated the same. 100 companies have licensed. These companies would typically fight to preserve their name then pay IMO.

Until there is a substantive ruling, all of the commentary means nothing and is our best guesses. And your so-called experts on this board have stated countless times no one can know for sure.
