Q: Did the ITC Markman ruling preserve the MMP right to assert infringement against the remaining 300 plus companies? If so, what is the estimated company count? Or what is the remaining overall estimated $ worth? If no comment does the company plan on announcing total MMP value if they "win" at the ITC?
