I agree with you that the SHM notes make one feel better about the losses one has to suffer - and I thank all who have attented and reported - but regarding your wish for more real excitement there's still just one solution/answer:

Real money.

Only if infingers are forced to pay at least the amount of license fees from 2006/2007 we'll see some kind of excitement again.

And as I understand the timelines for the IDC and NDOC actions we won't see real money before 2014...(besides some additional licences and maybe smaller companies settling without giving us an hint of the money involved).

BTW, I hope to be wrong re: the latter..:-)
