If you are still reading this board and are able to comment, I would think this forum would be interested in your thoughts regarding the ITC litigation. I am wondering if you had an opportunity to review the Markman transcript, and more specifically if you had any thoughts on the proposed claim constructions of "entire variable speed clock", etc. TIA for any reply and hopefully you will work me well :-)
