another joint motion asking that Subramanian and two other respondents expert witness be allowed to testify out of order. This is unopposed by us.

This baby is headed for trial. Gildea must have let the parties know that he is denying the SD. Why would he revise the ground rules if the he was going to rule for the SD. I still think we start seeing settlements very soon. IMO
