I am in agreement with your assessment of the situation we face, insofar as some

settlements are more likely than NOT..However, we have seen settlements on many

occasions which seemed to be only temporary --bandaids--which only prolonged the

agony,and didn't send a strong enough message to others, who are infringing on us..

A FINAL Court decision would carry the force of LAW like NO settlement has done yet..

I believe that, there are thousands of infringers out there, who will not be persuaded to

pay-up by ANY out of court settlements,,, BUT would ' Sit up and take notice' when a

Court rules in our favor.. A LEGAL Judgement IS what we need to have,, before we can

feel vindicated and have the power to Wield the BIG STICK.. IMO
