I meant to qualify the post I'm replying to that the Big Companies may believe it is premature to settle as I believe they will have a chance later during the trial or afterwards prior to the ALJ's initial determination in September. I believe a settlement can happen at anytime prior to the final determination by Jan 2014. Corrections welcome.
