Hunt, I agree with you if we are fortunate to get there. I would also be fine with large dividends and guidance regarding how much money they anticipate pulling in. A lot of things still need to happen obviously and a big step will hopefully happen tomorrow. <<<<>>>> Virt, I agree he Respondents are using the "play book" as it were and doing any number of things like quantifying exposure, prepping for licensing negotiations, making arguments for unjust enrichment and/or irrepairable damage due to injunction, etc. I must admit I'm jumping the gun a little when I see this guy is an expert in measuring damages for IP negotiations. One of his books focuses on that along with antitrust, etc. I'm done for the night :-)
