"Not too long ago, I explained that we had a 98% chance of winning the MSJ and we prevailed just as I expected. Now for the coming trail I expect a 99.9% chance of proving infringement, not only proving, but winning. No electronic digital device can function without the MMP. As others have explained in the past we would be stuck in the 1990’s era of electronics to this date without the MMP. Entire Government infrastructures worldwide would not function without the MMP. All the digital creature comforts we enjoy not function without the MMP. So is the digital devices, they can have certain components installed but without the MMP, they just will not work. It is no wonder why the G12 are fighting this “tooth and nail” but it is inevitable, they will lose.
The G12 have collectively and corporately taken turns to bring to destruction the validity of the MMP just so they can get away with stealing technology that does not belong to them.Taking turns asking the USPTO to reexamine the MMP, trying to cause PTSC to go broke, and it would have had it not been for Swartz, who made almost $100M shorting PTSC.Trying to convince a billionaire to risk money on patents that are going to be reexamined time after time is a hard pill to swallow, while many may not agree with me, PTSC needed the cash to pursue justice, yes it came a heavy price, (Yeah, like going from 50M to 400M shares outstanding), but worth it, since we are still around to see pie thrown at the patent thieves faces.
Now the next phase of the success for PTSC shareholders is going to rely heavily on Press Release’s. We need to let the News Media do the “Marketing” for us and cheap.
So hopefully with clever PR campaigns and maybe every investor advising their local TV stations that they need to report the David vs Goliaths story, that PTSC may get the worlds attention like QCOM and the SP should soar."
