I may be wrong, but I think our situation is very different from the one described in the article.

Where Motiva did not have a licensing program in place and had never made efforts to commercialize their patents, I think the opposite is true for PTSC/TPL. We have a successful (IMO) licensing history and have attmepted, unsuccessfully, to commercialize the patents through their own chip program.

I may be wrong about the above, it is just my understanding of the situation.
