Always were. If we win all the battles and receive healthy settlements, companies will have to pay out big bucks and will surely pass it along to consumers like us (the general public). Meaning we'll have to pay much more for our toys and such. It will cause other companies to increase their technology costs and also they will be passing that along to consumers. Most of the time if not all the time jurists are consumers and if they rule for PTSC their cost for technology (cell Phones, pcs, etc. even autos) will also increase. I could go on......

The only ones that would benefit are PTSC shareholders plus lawyers and a few corporate insiders from PTSC and TPL.

An uphill battle to say the least, never mind what's fair....
