This is why I believe if we prevail in the courts that eventually the MMP, at least the 336 one, will be considerted essential and ubiquitous to the microprocessor world, and would necessitate a buyout and be made an "open source" / freely available invention.

The question is: What is the buyout figure?

What is the MMP truly worth?
