Just to clarify, these transcripts are sealed for protection of both parties, is this correct?

I did find this describing the hearings, might be out of date, but probably mostly accurate:

It does state that

"Copies of the public transcripts are available for inspection on the Electronic Document Imaging System (EDIS) in room 112 of the ITC Building.

For other services or information, please call the ITC Hearings Coordinator, 202–205–1806."

Has anyone tried to see (called or otherwise) if there are documents that could be viewed?
