The judge did grant Garmin's motion and he did deny our motion to allow PDS and PTSC expenditures to establish a Domestic Industry. Until he decides on both of these issues, all we can do is Guess and hope.

I'm hoping for the best possible outcome for all of us. My guess is as good as the next person's, which means nothing. :)
