Brown should have no effect on what PTSC gains from licensing. The contract was with Brown and TPL. We recieve what the the Com Ag says we recieve. If Brown will recieve 3.5 percent of gross MMP licenses that will come out of Leckrones share of the MMP licensing. Leckrone made his deal it is just a bigger number than he thought he was bargaining for. If he still gets 15 percent off the top and then we split the 85 percent there is still plenty there for Leckrone if the rulings go in our favor. I wonder what Ottesons deal is? How much of our take will he get? Not much if he doesn't win these cases!!
