It's 3.5% of gross revenues from TPL or its designee. Not 3.5% of what TPL gets from the license, as TPL was trying to get the judge to agree to. The judge said gross is gross not net. With PDS now as the licensor, I believe it was a way around the termination clause of the original ComAg which states that bankruptcy is a reason for either Patriot or TPL to void the contract.

I do agree that Patriot is not responsible for Leckrone's promises. My concern is that our BoD will come to his rescue yet again for the sake of the licensing program. Keep the expenses high, the revenues at just enough to cover expenses and everyone is happy except us.
