You seem to me to be rather too new to agora to all of the sudden turn into an "expert" critic. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes in patent litigation. I doubt that the BOD is just sitting back doing nothing. What they pay themselves no one has any power to control, they have taken this stock to very high value at times in the last 15 years and gained the love and applause from many shareholders at the shms. But like greedy rattlesnakes many that wish to make constant 30% gains quickly turn on the BOD and like vipers that have no remorse criticize the bod in hopes of forcing quick buck. So my question to you since you know so much about the bod........ Why are you invested in PTSC if you know so much about the BOD?
