Perhaps disturbing was not the correct word to have used regarding the expiration of the patents. Even though it was not new news, it was a reminder to me that many of us have been waiting for that pot of gold for such a long long time. With the expiration dates getting closer, I sure hope there is a plan in place to help bring value shareholders, should we prevail in NoDCal and ITC

Again, my posting the current revenue was not disturbing except that with 400+ infringers supposedly having been on notice for years, the revenues seem to keep up only with the amounts that need to be paid to TPL, Alliacense and the Attorneys.
