I do not believe it states that anywhere. If there is such langage, please point to it.

IMO, it is a number which we are asking to court to adopt as "reasonable royalty" the definition of which I provided in another post. If infringement is found by the court, the damages can not be any less than what is considered to be "reasonable royalty." The only constraint on a jury award is not less than.
