Message: If SGE is Truthful, then Cliff Lied

"And the implied answer per your response to the first question: "Yes, and that's why I cannot address it, because the license came with a Confidentiality Agreement."

Again you're simply wrong. That suggested answer to a shareholder in a private conversation should be the same whether it was John Deere and Company or Amazon or Foldger's Coffee. Does that answer imply that Amazon has signed a license and thus that's why he's giving the response? No. Clearly not as they're embroiled in litigation. Foldgers Coffee? Be serious!

This is where you seem to have a serious disconnect of understanding of the responsibilities of the CEO of a public company. It's not his responsibility to lead anyone to conclude that a company is NOT a licensee due to an NDA, simply his responsibility to not disclose anything more than he's legally allowed to. In fact, to tell you flat out that they're NOT a licensee when in fact they were is as inappropriate as telling you they were. Bottom line, it's a lie! Again, it begs the question, why lie when the truth will do. And if lying comes that easy, what else does he lie about? You seem to think this is somehow justified as in some kind of Tom Clancy thriller or that Cliff is Jason Bourne, lol.

As with the rest of your post(s), as usual you want to turn this issue to somehow be all about you. Time to get over yourself. Simply put, if you're telling the truth, then Cliff lied to you. THAT'S what deserves the LIGHT OF DAY shined on it. His credibility and his abilities are suspect and shareholders should hold HIM accountable for it as often as possible until he demonstates otherwise!

And yes, you should have disclosed the change in Cliff's response to you since you left the board with the impression and undestanding that the CEO of the company, who certainly holds more weight than a poster on a message board like me, had specifically denied that Deere was a licensee. You ask what would have changed if you did follow up? Well, that's what would have changed! I can adopt your spook conspiracy theories as to why you wanted to leave that impression out there, but that fact speaks volumes on its own.
