Message: Leckrone strategy

If you do some research on the Leckrones and their history in how they run businesses and the relationships they have had with others not only with PTSC you may understand that though your comment:

"We have seen some posts that claim that Leckrone is: shrewd, greedy, and selling licenses for far less than they are worth.

Isn't there an obvious contradiction in this line of reasoning?"

....may seem to hold water.... the Leckrones per their history show that this is not a contradiction at all. They are out to make money for themselves and since they are not a publicly held corporation responsible to public shareholders and since they are partners with a publicly held corporation (Patriot) whose mgmt has rarely taken into account the accountability or fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders the Leckrones have run their business in a manner to make as much money for themselves as they can and when their feet were put to the fire by Moore or Brown instead of honoring their agreements they file for BK. Who knows how much they have made in the meantime as they report to nobody but themselves. All I know and it is my opinion that their track record before they got involved with PTSC and since is not one that I find desirable to say the least.

I write the above attempting to be a kind as possible as my feelings are a bit more ragged toward the Leckrones and the PTSC board then I am letting on.

Bottom line I believe that it is time to end this charade that has made money for the Leckrones and the Board of PTSC and see if independent bodies agree that the patents that PTSC hold are worth the money we all thought they were when we first invested in the company.

IMO
