I just read the Denial of HTC's motion to exclude our side's expert Dr. Stephen Prowse. In reading it, I really like the matter of fact, no nonsense approach Grewal takes in explaining the situation and his reasoning for denying the motion. It's fairly easy to read and legalese free.

I hope he is a sensible and fair as he sounds in that ruling!
