That 10 million figure is the absolute base and if you read the filing in its entirety, footnotes included, you will notice that Judge Grewal speaks to the numbers being base numbers and if infringement were prooven, the numbers can go up. That may have been in the foot notes. The 10 million base is a non-issue IMO as it would most assuredly go up if we win at the NDoC. Hopefully we won't be settling.
