Send that case to PTSC. I'm actually some what serious. I have no idea if we could still use that, but I would lead off with that case as evidence to show that even a small amount is considered infringement. Sunglasses are easier to understand than PLLs and ring oscillators. I'm sure our legal team is well versed in de minimis and how to handle it.
