....so in a knee-jerk reaction you want to hand your very valuable asset over to 2 students, 4 unemployed men and 5 50 year old women having hot flashes. i do mean this to sexist...you just do not know whom will be on the jury.

not for me. i want a settlement. (and do not automatically equate settlement to penuts). n.b.
