The friend that turned me on to ptsc told me it was a unique otcbb company for many reasons. I am finding this out now first hand. With 400 mil shares outstanding you would expect the volume to be much greater with this news. Yes, the mm's can play games all they want but they can only control volume with the b/a and for only so long.

My thought is that the float is much much lower, people have loaded up but primarily a few big players have taken large positions and are sitting tight.
