From ACER ITC -

PDS is the sole MPP licensor, not Alliacense nor Charles More.

Date of first payment of ACER MPP license was 09/12/13.

Date (no later than 14 days from the first) of a second payment is conditional on ITC procedings (not easy to figure it out)....

So, IF there are similar conditions to Amazon et al, might we see second payments AFTER a positiv Judgement from the ITC Comission (sure it requires to appeal)...?!
