Acer is authorized to reduce our payment amount by up to 20% to pay any taxes/ Duties/ fees China levies on us. That's how it appears to me.

I also noticed there are some odd differences between the Amazon and Acer licenses; differences not really having to do with Acer being an ITC Party. I'm going to think more about it.
