My initial question for you is what were your imressions as to how the proceedings were going? In your opinion.. are the jurors understanding what Otteson and Co are trying to prove.. would a 'lay' person understand what he is trying to convey.. ie infringement? I understand this is only day one.. but first impressions go along way..

My main hope is that Otteson can convincingly communicate to the jurors that this is infringement.. and the more obvious he can make it the better... cuz I'm sure the otherside is slick as snot...
