For some reason the market makers want this stock to stay low key, IMHO its too Low Key.

While it goes up for no reason to almost 19 cent at one time, and then swing downward, but it never seems to climb back up to its prior high not even on the NEWS of Settlements, which makes no sense to me, I bet the recent settlements are of the highest ever in the history of PTSC(I do not know the numbers btw) yet here we are trading dirt cheap.

So in my wild and crazy mind I ask my self why are the market makers doing this? I honestly believe they are doing this to let certain “key” investors in at the right time, when they take notice of PTSC’s court win, I suspect a multitude of “key” investors are going to want in on this, when they are in we should start seeing upswings to hopefully record levels.
