The NEWS of settlements actually means very little for the shareholders. What do we actually get out of a settlement? IMO there will be no real and sustained increase in the shareprice until there is....1) a win in court representing major dollars, 2) the start of a dividend program to share in the wins.

Until we see that, expect to stay around $0.10
