From bankrupted TPL, or from PTSC treasure where the potential div come from? Apple owned us but tricked us with this nonsense deal. Apple gave in with labor dispute in China between Apple's supliers FoxCom and its workers on working conditions. They do care about it's corp image and reputation. They sue Samsung for patent infringement. If our case be known to the world, Apple may give in too. Apple ask 2 Billion damage reward from Samsung while give us less than 1 million for so many patents, how does this help Apple to get a reasonable damage reward from anyone. (I know Apple can argu that this case is diffrent case from their cases.)

For many years, we are stuck at non-disclosure and were kept in the dark. This case revealed many things TPL and ingringers did not want to be public. Take Apple to spotlight can benefit PTSC shareholders so TPL will be think twice to practice the same in the future.

Again, this is stepping into area of law, contract law in perticular. Need some one with a law degree to give us some ideas. Can Ron or others comment on this?
