Interesting.... and troubling at the same time. Right now though I'm simply worried about the case at hand. We can worry about the Apple deal later (although I was suspect from the get go myself). What I would like to know is who answers the jurors questions? The judge, the experts, the attorneys? Ron if you read this I know you will know!
