What then?

Surely HTC will appeal. How long will it take for the appeal process to complete?

Do we have enough money to stay the course at this point?

Will they drain us dry of operating funds during the appeal process?

Will other companies line up to settle before the appeal process is complete?

I don't know the answers, but it seems like it may be a while before any real money comes in, and only if we win the appeal.
