This is a good point. If the jury was sure there was no infringement they would come back quicker because they would not have to weigh damages and determine if the infringement was willful. You know after 7 days they do not want to come back tomorrow if they don't have to.

They may not want to go back to work either. They can at least have these days off with pay. GL, ads
