As a follow up, not only did Judge Gildea rule (imo incorrectly) on the "entire" issue, he also erred on the variability of the claims regarding proces, temperature and voltage. He didn't entertain binning, source voltage, or temperature changes. I was thinking last night if this goes our way I may write a polite but stern letter to Judge Gildea crticizing his decision. Not that it will do anything other than make me feel better. I was very surprised to say the least at Judge Gildea's decision. Maybe we got out muscled at the ITC and we learned the tactics at the ITC to defeat "them" at the NDoC. Alright, I'm done for the night. :-)
