Going into a second day of deliberation scares me. With our luck, I'm afraid there's one holdout who doesn't feel there is infringment, and cannot be convinced otherwise. And that's why we are going into a second day of deliberations. I know, I know, relax, but it feels like when we have been right on the verge of victory, the most inexplicable happens - the J3 comes to mind. I am sure others are considering that same fear. I know what I own, but the jurors don't.

Having said that, the very best of luck to all of us - after all of our blood, sweat and tears, we most certainly deserve a "W".

BTW, to all you Pittsburgh people, nice win last night. Hopefully, my Sox will get to face you in the WS!
