From last shareholder meeting.

If we get the results with the ITC and the money flows in, the first thing that they will do , is to issue us all the dividends that we have been asking for...............It was a promise by them both.....................They both told me, and yes another promise, is that if/ when this happens , a huge PR wave will happen..........Cliff said that they will have to hold him back, while Carlton said that he knows some quality PR firms and will use them.................The PR's will impress us.......................

I would think the NDOC would qualify as results. The Money, a couple licenses next week would give them reason to really kick things off. Up and to the right...
