Wont Patriot have to challenge each and every company inorder to recieve the multitudes of cash owed to them? A lieral drawn out court battle for 200-300 companies? Or will they simply step up to the plate hand over their cash?

I am a new investor as of 6:30 this am and have read as much as I could to try and understand what is going on. Unfortunately I was one of the fools that rushed in on the advice of a panicked friend who said it's going to the moon.....argh :( not today!

Can someone please explain?
