A fact you can use is that the patents are valid and are infringed upon. Never have we had both items in the history of the patent portfolio. 100+ companies have licensed. There are further items to sort out, but rest assured, at an absolute minimum you will have a chance to break even. That is at a bare minimum in my opinion with odds of that happening at probably 90 to 95%. There is the possibility of an appeal. The ITC case is now going to get really interesting if the jokers ever put the government back to work.
