I like a lot of what is in the letter. The reality of our situation is that there were two inventors and therefore two essential owners. On one side there is Leckrone/Moore and on the other PTSC. Certainly there are ways to minimize Leckrone's influence, and like Brian said, they could get Ottesson to take the third seat at PDS providing no legal ramifications like conflict of interest, etc., would prohibit him from taking the seat. An honorable graduate from Bringham Young would do the trick (see code of ethics). I think Marsh also went to Bringham Young. Anyway, we can't divorce ourselves from Leckrone as the patent portfolio would be devauled because both parties would race to the bottom, undercutting each other to get big companies to accept licenses. The only shot we had of possibly getting Leckrone out of the picture was with our law suit against him several years ago and we settled. We might have had a chance to have Leckrone legally stripped of being the exclusive licensor and possibly had an independent 3rd party be the licensor. So I agree the PTSC BOD should do everything in its power to minimize Leckrone, but the unfortunate reality is we are with them now going forward for better or for worse.
