Not counting the backdrop of our own voluntarily withdrawn litigation charging Fraud, Breaches, Conflicts, and other violations against TPL, or not considering our failure to yet utilize current opportunities Bankruptcy Court provides us to protect and advance our corporate interests against TPL, ... but just in reference to the HTC trial alone:

I think that if the BOD does nothing to substantially change the Licensing dynamics and severely limit the involvement of TPL and Alliasence, after what has now been revealed and understood/proven to quantitiably damage past and likely future MMP Royalty rates, and taint good faith/credibile communications & negotiations with targeted Infringers, would place our leadership squarely in an uncomfortable and vulnerable position.

I believe they must act, that it's now completely clear that they have a fiduciary responsibility to act, to defend the interests of their Shareholders and our corporate assets.

The cat has worked it's way out of the bag; so it's time for the BOD to act.
