With the win in court ptsc had the best opportunity to start the pr blitz. The shareholder letter should have been next pr, as you suggested.

The ptsc bod has to better understand how to protect the sp as well. They don't understand that they have ammunition against the market makers and shorts but they are clueless on how to communicate the info to the sec.

As much as the sec are a bunch of morons I have seen a couple of situations where, if you paint the picture clear enough they will go after the mm's. I wonder if ptsc even knows who the ax mm's are and why. If not, they should, unless they are in bed with them, ie, i mean, maybe Swartz is orchestrating the whole pump and dump, still to this day.
