BostonCA... good post and I agree with all of what you say. As I see it there is one problem going forward... unless and until we can prove to the markets that our settlements will be for more than nuisance value the pps will go nowhere even after our win in court. To date it appears as though TPL/PTSC have been content making just enough to pay themselves and keep the doors open without much regard for shareholder value. I'm hopeful that will change but it has to be proven, not just hoped for. I further hope we get to revisit the ITC (whenever they open for business again). If they change their ruling that would put alot of very large corporations on the hook for legitimate industry standard settlements or injunctions.
