All those who demanded further immediate action by PTSC and ignored my and other posts trying to explain that business is not working like that, especially in this difficult situation with the ITC situation pending, hopefully read your rendition of the call with Cliff.

Let me further expound on my conversation with Cliff..

At no time did CF ever state or intimate that PTSC was under any legal obligation to be silent or refrain from releasing PRs do to anything, including any legal/NDA issues.. and in fact were planning on doing just that (media campaign) if we had been fortunate enough to have had a positive ID at the ITC (even with the possibilty of appeal by the 'dirty nine').. that was the plan even with the ongoing and at that time undetermined NDoC litigation...

So my take here is if there is nothing preventing them from begining a PR campaign, legally or otherwise.. they have chosen not to because they feel an inftringement verdict at the ITC is a much bigger event with which to begin such a campaign... not to minimze the HTC infringement verdict..

So let's hope we get our ITC review granted..
