It gives a good impression that the verdict has only been a door opener but we still have a way to go before the MMP can get back to his former $$$$ power (and maybe beyond).

As SGE said: we will hear something from the ITC next week if they grant the appeal (provided the government shotdown doesn't have an effect to the 45 days deadline) - another week, respectively another two, three months to wait but that's the way it goes when the biggest tech companies in the world fight against you.
