because i have no personal knowledge of Cliff or the rest of the BOD- Cliff has the back of the shareholders in mind more than any executive we have had for a long, long time.

Is that a gut feeling. You have no personal knowledge of him but having all the facts that we have (unless you have different ones) he has our back.

Is this why you told him he doesn't need to buy shares and made sure he had a golden parachute. Looks like he will get 12 months pay when he leaves. Is that good enough or should you contact him and tell him he should get at least 36 months.
