The entire company would have to agree to push back hard against Alliacense, not just Cliff. I highly doubt it is Cliff's decsion. You would need Gloria and Carlton to push also. I would be fine with stopping the Leckrone gravy train if it gave us an opportunity to obtain a better licensing partner. I would rather blow this thing up because I guarantee Leckrone and his family have plans for MMP money that hasn't even been identified yet via would-be infringers for their own family's use. Think about that ... It ain't Cliff and to allow a licensing partner to not communicate the total quantity of infringers for the MMP is lunacy given the MMP is our only source of revenue. I am very confident the vast majority of shareholders would back a move against Alliacense to have a good chance of obtaining better terms. If we lose at the ITC, how will we even know what Alliacense is even doing given PTSC doesn't even know the exact number of infringing companies and who has been identified. Those questions have been asked at SHMs and there is no answer. Leckrone shows up to placate the sheep. I don't know but the clock is ticking ...
